1. Who operates Implant Visibility
Implant Visibility is operated by Eric Moore in Atlanta, Georgia. Questions, correction requests, deletion requests, and outreach opt-outs can be sent to eric@implantvisibility.com.
2. The public website
The main website at implantvisibility.com is a static informational site hosted by Vercel. It does not currently offer user accounts, accept payments, run advertising pixels, or use a third-party analytics product. The main pages do not set an Implant Visibility tracking cookie.
Like most web hosts, Vercel receives technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. That can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, and request time. Vercel handles that information under its privacy notice.
3. Booking through Cal.com
The Walk-through page loads an embedded scheduler provided by Cal.com. When that page loads, the browser connects to Cal.com. Cal.com may receive usage data and use cookies or similar technologies. If you book, Cal.com receives the information you enter, such as your name, email address, time zone, scheduling choices, and answers to booking questions.
Implant Visibility uses the booking information to arrange and conduct the requested call, communicate about it, and maintain an ordinary business record of the conversation. Cal.com handles the scheduler under its privacy policy. You can avoid loading the scheduler by leaving the Walk-through page and contacting Eric by email instead.
4. Email correspondence
If you email Implant Visibility, the message, contact details, and any information you choose to include are processed by the email services used to receive and reply. That information is used to answer the message, manage the business relationship, and keep necessary records.
Do not send patient names, treatment narratives, health information, consultation recordings, financing applications, or other patient records. Implant Visibility does not request or need that information for a snapshot or walk-through.
5. Business outreach records
Implant Visibility may maintain business contact information for dental practices and their professional representatives. This can include a person's name and professional role, practice name, public business address, business email or phone number, public website information, outreach status, and correspondence. The information comes from public professional sources, business directories, practice websites, or direct communication.
These records are used to research a practice's public implant path, prepare and deliver relevant business outreach, prevent duplicate contact, record responses, and honor opt-out requests. They are not patient records and are not used to make clinical, credit, employment, or consumer eligibility decisions.
6. Mailed snapshot notifications
The separate campaign site at snapshots.implantvisibility.com is not part of the public search sitemap. A campaign page can send a first-party notification when its mailed QR redirect is opened, when the snapshot page is viewed, or when a booking, email, or demo link is clicked.
A notification can include the campaign page identifier, practice and addressee associated with that mailed page, event type and time, source, page URL, referring page, clicked destination and link text, browser user-agent, and a shortened salted hash derived from the request IP address. The raw IP address is used transiently for rate limiting and hashing by the campaign endpoint. Vercel may separately process the request information needed to operate its hosting service.
The page uses session storage in the browser to avoid sending the same page-view event repeatedly during one browser session. It does not use an advertising cookie or analytics database. Events may appear in restricted hosting logs and are sent as an email notification to Eric through Resend. Resend handles that email delivery under its privacy policy.
7. How information is shared and retained
Implant Visibility does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the sites, deliver email, provide scheduling, maintain security, or comply with a valid legal obligation. Current providers described in this notice include Vercel, Cal.com, and Resend.
Information is kept only as long as it remains reasonably necessary for the purpose described, including maintaining the business relationship, honoring an opt-out, securing the services, resolving disputes, and meeting recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record and service provider.
8. Your choices
You may ask what contact information Implant Visibility maintains about you, request a reasonable correction or deletion, or opt out of future outreach by emailing eric@implantvisibility.com. A limited record may be retained when necessary to honor the opt-out, protect the service, or meet a legal obligation.
You can also control cookies and storage through browser settings. Blocking Cal.com content or cookies may prevent the embedded scheduler from working; direct email remains available.
9. Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated when the site's actual data practices or service providers materially change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
